Half An Hour to Tianjin from Beijing Expected

The State Council has ratified the project to build a railway between Beijing and Tianjing which will take only 30 minutes.

 

The new railway must meet the requirement for trains which travel faster than 200 KM per hour, by covering more than 5 stops. The total distance of the route is 115 KM.

 

Construction will start during the first half of 2005 and will take 3 and half years.
