40 Trains Added to Deal with Summer Travel Peak

China's first summer travel peak of this year is expected to start Saturday and last to the mid-July.

Some 40 extra trains will be added to help deal with the increased number of passengers, many of whom are students taking summer holidays.

The railway authorities estimate that only in Beijing, 220 thousand people will leave the city by train in this summer rush.
