Two Yuan to Rent A Bike by Beijing's Metro

Want to get some exercise and see the city casually and breathe fresh air? Now you can easily rent a bike in Beijing.

There have been places around the city renting bikes for years, but now Beijing's first bike rental chain company has been set up.

The manager says his company has over 110 new bikes for rent at 13 locations, 12 of which are along the first and second metro lines.

The renter has to pay a 200 yuan (US$24) deposit and 2 yuan (24 US cents) per hour. There's a discount for longer than 8 hours. And the bike can be returned to any of the 13 rental stations.
