Samsung Electronics, the world's third-largest handset maker, said on Tuesday it will launch the first mobile phone with a hard disc drive this month.
The stamp-sized 1.5 gigabyte hard drive will expand the memory capacity of the mobile phone 15 times.
The phone boasts a one mega-pixel camera and a 2.2-inch high-resolution liquid crystal display. It is also equipped with MP3 player, electronic book and a dictionary.
It did not give a price for the phone, which will be available in South Korea this month.
