Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Ltd, the smaller of the city's two carriers, plans to operate 91 percent of its scheduled flights next month, it said in an e-mailed statement.
The airline had earlier said that it may operate a full schedule by the end of next month, following the containment of SARS. It said 27 flights, including those to Hiroshima and Sendai in Japan, will remain suspended.
