Hangzhou Parks Open Wider to Shanghai Citizen

Shanghai citizen to Hangzhou will be able to visit various parks in Hangzhou by punching their IC cards just as local Hangzhou residents do, a source from the Hangzhou Municipal government said on August 10.

An unidentified government official said the move came as one of the measures taken by Hangzhou Gardening Bureau to get it intergrated with Shanghai.

Under the move, the IC card which enables card holders free access to various parks in Hangzhou and were only available in Hangzhou previously will also be sold at various parks in Shanghai.
