Senior Albanian and Chinese officials expressed on Friday their desire to enhance cultural cooperation.
The wish was made in the talks between Albanian Deputy Prime Minister Namik Dokle and Chinese Deputy Culture Minister Chang Keren, who is leading a Chinese delegation for a visit.
The cultural cooperation would serve as a bridge between the two countries, thus creating a better environment for cooperation in other fields, Dokle said.
The two sides also expressed common wish to implement the program on cultural cooperation for the 2003-2005 period, signed in Beijing in 2003.
The Chinese delegation arrived in Tirana on Wednesday for a five-day visit.
