Diplomats from the European Union visited China's northeast provinces and focused on how to help China to rejuvenate the region by expanding technological cooperation.
The team, led by First Counselor Jurgen Sanders of science and technology with the EU delegation in China, visited four cities of the three northeast provinces, including Dalian, Shenyang, Changchun and Harbin during the week-long tour.
The group concluded their last visit in Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang Province, on Sunday.
The EU member countries will promote substantial cooperation with partners in China's northeast provinces, said Sanders.
