Three explosions went off in central Baghdad on Sunday morning and caused some casualties, witnesses and Iraqi police said.
An Iraqi policeman told Xinhua that three projectiles exploded near the Baghdad International Fair, which was bombarded and destroyed during the US-led war one year ago.
The policeman, who did not give his name, said three people were feared killed and one car was mangled at the scene.
The capital city has witnessed numerous rocket and mortar attacks this month and many of the projectiles fell around the headquarters of the US-led coalition on the west bank of the Tigris River.
