Denmark is willing to cooperate with Shanghai in the fields such as environmental protection and energy, said visiting Danish Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen in Shanghai Tuesday.

Rasmussen made the remark while meeting with Shanghai Vice Mayor Yang Xiaodu. He also attended a luncheon for Danish entrepreneurs in Shanghai on Tuesday noon, and visited a software development facility in the afternoon.
