Chinese, Mongolian FMs Hold Talks

Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing held talks with Mongolian Foreign Minister Luvsangiin Erdenechuluun in Beijing Thursday.

The two sides agreed that the partnership of mutual trust established last year by the two heads of state pushed the Sino-Mongolian relations to a new level.

The two also agreed to further promote mutual understanding and mutual trust and continue to expand cooperation in various fields.

The Mongolian side stressed that relations with China is a top priority for Mongolian relations with other countries.

The Mongolian side fully supports China's principles of "peaceful reunification" and "one country, two systems" and renders no support to Taiwan independence.

Erdenechuluun began his visit to China Wednesday at the invitation of Foreign Minister Li and attended, as a guest, the ceremony for the establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's secretariat.
