Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing telegraphed his Russian counterpart Igor Ivanov Friday, expressing sincere and deep-felt condolences over the victims of a serious terrorist bombing in south Russia.

Li said China is willing to further cooperate with the international community, including Russia, in the anti-terrorism campaign, and make joint efforts to maintain the world peace and the people's well-being.
