Vietnam will host Vietnam-China International Trade Fair from November 13-18, 2003 in its northern border province Lao Cai, aiming to promote trade, and export-import activities between the country and the southwestern region of China.
At the fair, enterprises will displays items including fresh and processed aquatic products, fruits and vegetables, agriculture and forestry products, electronics, handicrafts, construction materials, machines and equipment at 400 stalls, News reported Friday.
Vietnam and China have set targets of boosting two-way trade turnover to US$5f billion, and at only Lao Cai border gate to US$500 million by 2005.
