Moldovan President Arrives in Beijing

Moldovan President Vladimir Voronin arrived in Beijing Sunday night, beginning his five-day state visit to China as guest of Chinese President Jiang Zemin.

This is his first visit to China after he took office.

During his stay in China, besides Beijing, Voronin will also visit Shanghai and China's southern island province of Hainan.
