He Luli, vice-chairwoman of the Chinese National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee, met in Beijing Wednesday with a delegation from the Swedish Association of Local Authorities, led by Ilmar Reepalu, chairman of its executive council.
The Swedish guests are visiting China at the invitation of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.
