As the special envoy of the Chinese government, China's Minister of Water Resources Wang Shucheng will attend the Ecuador presidential hand-over ceremony in Quito on Jan.15, 2003, at the invitation of the Ecuadorian government.
This was announced by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zhang Qiyue in Beijing Tuesday at a regular press conference.
