Bangladeshi Prime Minister to Visit China
Prime Minister of the People's Republic of Bangladesh Begum Khaleda Zia will pay an official visit to China from Dec. 23 to 27, at the invitation of Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Jianchao made the announcement at a press conference in Beijing Thursday.

During Zia's visit, leaders of the two countries will exchange views on bilateral relations and international and regional issues of common interest, Liu said.

Besides Beijing, Zia will also visit Hainan and Yunnan provinces, Liu said.
