Stability Stressed
Commenting on the report, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zhang Qiyue reiterated yesterday at a regular press briefing that China supports de-nuclearization on the Korean Peninsula as well as maintaining peace and stability in the region.

The nuclear issue in the DPRK should be resolved peacefully through dialogue and consultations, Zhang added.
