Wang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, met in Beijing Tuesday with Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan.  

Wang said the CPC will further enhance cooperation and exchanges with the political parties of Armenia and make concerted efforts for the promotion of state-to-state relationship between China and Armenia.

Oskanyan arrived here Monday for an official visit as guest of Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing.

Oskanyan said the Armenian government attaches importance to the development of relations with China and will further push forward the friendly exchanges between the Armenian ruling party with CPC.
