China handed over 60 sewing machines and two computers on Thursday as gifts to Enterprising Women Federation of Nepal, a nongovernmental organization.
Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Sun Heping handed over the machines and computers to Shanti Chadda, chairman of the federation.
The machine will be utilized for skill-oriented development program conducted by the federation.
Speaking at the function, Sun expressed his conviction that such cooperation will help strengthen the existing relations between the two countries.
On March 18 and April 12, All China Women's Federation also handed over 60 sewing machines as gifts each to the Women's Association of Royal Nepal Army and Business and Professional Women of Nepal respectively.
