The Supreme Court of Ukraine on Thursday rejected the last of the four complaints lodged by Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych.
The complaints accused the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of being inactive during voting in last Sunday's presidential election re-run.
A Supreme Court spokeswoman said the last complaint had been turned down because it had been submitted too late.
The Yanukovych team has filed four appeals with the court over the conduct of the Dec. 26 revote. But all have been thrown out.
Two of the complaints were turned down because they had not been submitted in time while the other two were rejected on the grounds that its content did not meet the requirements of election law.
The Yanukovych team has also submitted a 27-volume appeal to the CEC demanding Sunday's vote be declared invalid.
