2 Chinese Killed in Traffic Accident in S. Africa

Two Chinese were killed and six others were injured in a traffic accident on their way from Brits to Johannesburg on Monday.  

The accident was caused by the explosion of a rear tire of the Toyata minibus at 7:45 AM (0545 GMT). Two persons, including a woman, were killed on the spot, according to the Chinese Embassy.

 

The two critical injured were airlifted by a helicopter and rushed to a hospital in Johannesburg while other four injured were sent to a hospital in Pretoria.

 

The eight Chinese arrived in South Africa on Aug. 4 together with 11 others for a contracted labor service in mining explosion.
