The Conference for Electing Deputies of the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) to the 10th National People's Congress (NPC) of the People's Republic of China elected a nine-member presidium Saturday.
The members of the presidium were proposed by the NPC Standing Committee. Of the 185 members of the electoral conference present at the first session, all voted for the composition of the presidium, with 18 abstentions.
The nine members of the presidium are: Ma Man Kei, Lei Pui Lam,Ng Fok, Edmund Ho Hau Wah, Stanley Ho, Ho Iat Seng, Susana Chou, Leong Heng Teng and Pun Iok Lan.
The presidium will preside over a number of meetings of the electoral conference in the coming days.
