China to Issue 2002 State Bonds in June
China plans to issue 46 billion yuan (about US$5.54 billion) worth of 2002 state bonds on June 6, the Ministry of Finance announced Monday.

The seven-year bonds will include 25 billion yuan-worth issued for inter-bank bond trading, and 20.5 billion yuan for public sale.

The annual interest rate on the bonds will be decided through public bidding by inter-bank state bond underwriters on June 3.

The payment of the bond's interest rate will be due every June 6.
