China's Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) issued a decree Monday to annul 140 judicial explanations as part of efforts to conform the country's legal system to the rules of the World Trade Organization.
The decision has been made after four months of scrutiny of a total of 781 judicial explanations and documents governing prosecution practices, said Zhang Qiong, deputy procurator-general of the SPP, at a press conference.
