Communist Party of China (CPC) will strictly administer its Party in the campaign to fight against corruption, said a senior Party official recently.
Wu Guanzheng, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, made the remarks during an inspection trip in eastern Shanghai and Zhejiang Province from June 29 to July 6.
During his trip, he visited local businesses, communities, schools, rural areas and government departments to hear views and suggestions about creating an anti-corruption atmosphere and the results of an education campaign to help Party members to "stay advanced" in rapid socioeconomic changes.
He said the Party will strengthen its discipline requirements to safeguard public interests and promote social stability.
