The inaugural ceremony is held in Hangzhou, capital of east China's Zhejiang Province, June 15, 2005, for launching the publication of Blood-weeping Accusations, a documentary picture album revealing for the first time the living conditions of the survivors from Japan's anthrax and glanders attacks during its aggression against China. Since 2001, Li Xiaofang from Hangzhou Sanatorium of the Nanjing Military Command of the People's Liberation Army interviewed more than 200 survivors living in Zhejiang and Jiangxi, and compiled the album composed of over 200 photos, the survivors' account of their wartime experiences, and investigation reports by Chinese and foreign experts.
