China's aid will fly to Indonesia Thursday on a China Southern cargo aircraft, according to China Southern.
Weighing 50 tons, the material includes tents, blankets, sheet sand food. The first 100 tons were carried to Sri Lanka by China Southern Wednesday morning.
The Chinese government collected 150 tons of material from Nanjing, Xi'an and Tianjin in order to help South and Southeast Asian victims of the recent devastating tsunami. China Southern used its special Boeing B747-400F cargo planes to fulfill the task.
China Southern is the only airline company in the mainland that has B747-400F cargo planes.
