US Forbes magazine has released its list of the "Top 10 Charity Stars." 

 

The list includes action star Jackie Chan, former Beatles member Paul McCartney, U2 member Bono, pop diva Celine Dion, and US famed host Oprah Winfrey. Also listed are Arnold Schwarzenegger, Steven Spielberg, Angelina Jolie, Sandra Bullock, and Nicolas Cage.

 

Forbes magazine assembled the list after discovering the varied and numerous charity activities of these stars.

 

The salaries of Hollywood stars can reach beyond US$10 million for just one project. In donating part of their earnings to charity organizations, stars interact with the real world, demonstrating their awareness that their luck and fortune are far from typical.
