3 Hong Kong Titles Gust Towards Mainland This Golden Autumn

There will be 3 Hong Kong titles opening in China's Mainland around this Mid-Autumn Festival period. Among them, the most attention grabbing one is The Myth starred by Jackie Chan.

The first one on is Embrace Your Shadow by Director Joe Ma on 15th of September. Joe Ma used to have a liking towards good happy ending but this title has a tragic one installed for Fiona Sit and Dylan Kwok, which is a real exception. How younger mainland audiences are going to receive this new genre of youth movie is going to be a test.

On the other hand, the big title, The Myth, will be released simultaneously with Hong Kong; its grandiose premiere gala will be held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. The title is an extravaganza with a sizable production budget exceeding US$20,000,000, its stellar cast consists of  Jackie Chan, the Korean top actress, Kee Seon Kim and the India beauty, Mallika Sherawat. With its theme cuts across time and geographical boundaries, includes magnificent set and spectacular scenes, the Chinese audiences will certainly look forward to the The Myth.

As for the Media Asia title Wait' til You're Older that will be showing from the 29th of September on, it is a heart warming drama with a HK$30,000,000 production budget. There will be a lot of special effects involved, the particular eye-opening one will be that of Andy Lau transforming from a 6-year-old kid to a 80-year-old in a mere 66 seconds.

3 Hong Kong movies with 3 very different themes, they will certainly attract crowds and crowds of audiences in China.
