The long-awaited Chinese New Year blockbuster A World Without Thieves has finished its final leg of the China tour with a premiere ceremony in Hong Kong on Wednesday night.

Starring Hong Kong actor Andy Lau and Taiwan actress Rene Liu, the film was released across the country on Thursday.

The film is about the life of Sha Gen, a man who falls in love with a female thief. But he quickly discovers that the object of his affection has a husband, who is also a thief.

In typical Feng Xiaogang fashion, the married couple do all they can to protect Sha Gen.
