A collection of Deng Xiaoping's calligraphy was officially published in northeast China's Jilin province Wednesday in commemoration of the late leader's 100th birthday.
The book included 296 works of Deng Xiaoping from different aspects in his life. The selection were chosen from the treasure house of the Central Archives, with the majority of the handwritings being made public for the first time.
These works reflected Deng's role in the Chinese revolution and China's opening to the outside world from the 1970s.
