The latest and hottest topic in many Chinese forums is about a Qiang minority girl nicknamed Tianxian MM.

Erma Ina, as she was still called when she was spotted in southwestern Sichuan Province, was photographed by a traveler who subsequently posted her pictures in an online travel journal.

It was not long before the post gained hundreds of thousands of hits, and she was rechristened by anxious netizens as "Tianxian MM", which means "beautiful like a fairy."

Now she is getting more exposed by media and has expressed her willingness to become a tourism ambassador for her hometown.

The name "Tianxian MM" has been already registered as a trademark by a man in the southern city of Guangzhou.
