Tanzanian Prime Minister Fredrick Sumaye has left Dar es Salaam on Sunday for Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to attend the second ministerial conference of the China-Africa Cooperation Forum, local media reported on Sunday.
The prime minister will represent President Benjamin William Mkapa in the meeting which will begin on Dec. 15-16.
The delegation includes Tanzania Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Jakaya Kikwete and Minister for Industry and Commerce Juma Ngasongwa .
The two-day meeting is also attended by the host Prime Minister of Ethiopia Meles Zenawi and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao.
