A high-rise hotel in central Baghdad housing journalists was hit by US missiles on Tuesday, and at least three journalists were wounded.
The wounded journalists had been in a television agency's office when the missile attack took place.
A Xinhua reporter who witnessed the attack said that the hotel housed some 300 journalists, and it was the second attack on the hotel since early morning on Tuesday.
"The situation is very bad," he said.
