Two missiles hit a military compound in southern Baghdad in a new round of US air raids Saturday afternoon, al-Arabia TV channel reported.
Flames were seen rising from the military compound of Rasheed, and huge explosions were heard, the TV report said.
The military compound, which had been repeatedly inspected by UN arms inspectors, includes military hospitals and establishments.
