Chinese Golden Horse Award winning actress Qin Hailu attended a promotional event on Wednesday for her latest TV serial "Nv Ren Hua" and told the press that she will devote herself into her directorial debut before finding her other half.

The resolution came as Qin's friend and also her costar in the drama, actress Liu Tao just gave her hand to her long time boyfriend in early January, reported the Beijing Times.

"I give my best wishes to her," Qin talks about the newly-wed actress who could not make it to the promotion.

I will think about getting married as soon as I finish my own film, the star added.

Literally translated as "I am not a Beijinger", Qin's directorial debut will start shooting this coming July.

The film tells the struggles of a group of non-natives realizing their dreams in the bustling capital.
