Hong Kong actress Ada Choi announced on Monday that she will marry her longtime boyfriend, mainland martial arts actor Zhang Jin.

Choi wrote a public letter to local media, in which she said she will tie the knot with Zhang, whom she has been dating for over four years. However, the actress withheld the exact wedding date.

She said she wrote the letter to dispel the rampant rumors that she was seeing actor Wong Cho Lam.

Choi appeared on the scene as the second runner-up of the 1991 Miss Hong Kong pageant, and has since become a familiar face in Hong Kong TVB dramas.
