A collection of stamps and other historic files on the military life of late Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping (1904-1997) was officially published on Wednesday, to mark the 100th anniversary of his birth.
Deng, a native of Sichuan Province, southwest China, was one of the top military leaders of the Communist Party of China (CPC)-ledarmed forces and the chief architect of the country's reform and opening policy.
A total of 3,600 copies of the stamp collection, titled "Strategist Deng Xiaoping", are printed, according to the All-China Philatelic Federation.
