A pictorial featuring China's world heritage sites has recently been published in Chinese, Russian and English languages, according to sources in Beijing Tuesday.
The pictorial, with more than 300 photos contributed by over 90 top Chinese photographers, provides a comprehensive view over the 28 natural and cultural sites, which have been listed as the world's cultural heritage by the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
The Russian version of the pictorial aroused high interest among locals when it was first revealed to the public at the China Week activity held in St. Petersburg this August.
According to an official with the publishing house, the French version is expected to come out in the latter half of next year and publications in Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese languages have also been taken into consideration.
