Overseas Chinese pop stars like Jay Chow and Sun Yanzi will attend a charity concert in Beijing Workers' Stadium on the 5th of next month.
The concert aims to raise money for a primary art school in north China's Shanxi Province. All ticket-buyers will be regarded as donors. If they want, their names will be made known to the public in news media.
The idea also comes from China's Ministry of Culture, which advocates raising money for talented children in art with the rallying power of superstars.
