China, France Cooperate to Cultivate Talents
At the end of June, nine renowned professors from l'Ecole Normale Superieure de France (ENSF) will arrive at East China Normal University (ECNU) for a cooperative project.

Professor Marc Rosso, of the ENSF, arrived at the Shanghai-based ECNU Wednesday, marking the start of China-France doctoral-level educational cooperation.

This is the first cooperative project aimed at cultivating high-level international talents.

The academic concentrations designated by the two sides for the first stage include chemistry, physics, mathematics, international politics and relations, literature, philosophy, sociology and geography.

The ENSF is well-known for its high recruiting standards, excellent teaching reputation and high level of scientific research.

Nineteen outstanding postgraduates from the ECNU have been selected for the cooperative project.
