Chinese Ore, Precious Stones to be Exhibited in Germany
More than 1,000 pieces of ore and precious stones from China will be exhibited at an international fair in Hamburg, Germany from Dec. 6-8.

The exhibits, 60 varieties of stones which include emeralds and cinnabar, will be displayed in their natural crystal form, said Liao Dajia, head of Hunan Provincial Ores and Precious Stone Association.

Hunan, which is located in central China, abounds in high quality non-ferrous metal ores and precious stones.

According to Liao, his province will organize a delegation consisting of representatives from 35 different organizations to attend the Hamburg fair on behalf of the People's Republic of China.
