A free outdoor entertainment "Asia Ethnic Cultural Performances" series kicked off Sunday at the Hong Kong Cultural Center Piazza.
Aimed at providing free entertainment for the local ethnic communities and introducing ethnic cultures to the public, the 21-day event will feature ethnic performances of Indonesia, India, Thailand and China, showing the uniqueness and exotic characters of the ethnic groups of different countries in culture.
The program is jointly presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), Consulate General of India in Hong Kong, and Royal Thai Consulate General in Hong Kong.
