The 2002 International Acrobatics Festival opens Sunday in Zunyi, southwest China's Guizhou Province.
The festival has attracted 41 acrobatic troupes and circuses from home and foreign countries like Cuba, Russia, France, Canada and the United States.
Zunyi has begun to boom as an acrobatic city.
The festival is to close on August 24.
