More than 1,000 valuable newspapers from the late Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) have been put on display in Dongguan, Guangdong Province.
All of the newspapers were selected from the 100,000-strong collection of Cao Fanzhong, assembled over the past 11 years.
The oldest newspaper was published in 1890.
There are also some rare editions printed on plastic, handkerchiefs, cloth and umbrellas, as well as a large number of special supplements and extras reporting important events.
