Chongqing Wild Zoo, China's biggest state-level zoo so far, is expected to be opened on January 20th, 2001.

With near 360 million of total investment and over 5000-mu area, Chongqing wild zoo locates in Yongchuan, a small city belongs to Chongqing. It is a wild animal ecological tourism park including wild animal's breeding, performance, ecological tourism, animal protection and entertainment.

It is going to attract 430 types of wild precious animal from 14 countries. Till now, the central performance hall which can hold 5000 people has been established. A well-known circus from Las Vegas of US will make wonderful show on the day of opening zoo.
