With Harbin's famous ice sculptures long melted, music fans in the northeastern Chinese city will have the chance to hear well-known Hong Kong singer Andy Lau perform.
The concert is scheduled for September and is one of nine on Andy's mainland tour schedule, but the only one in the north eastern part of the country.
The organizer says it will be unprecedented in scale, production, and audience size.
Andy will also be accompanied by his formidable production team to look after stage design, choreography, sound and lighting.
All equipment used in the concert is to be specially shipped from Hong Kong at a price of millions of US dollars.
