Featuring music artists from around the globe, the 3rd annual Beijing Pop Music Festival will kick off in Beijing on Saturday.

With international pop bands like New York Dolls and Nine Inch Nails showing up, the two-day event which is to take place at Beijing's eastern Chaoyang Park will offer a music feast to pop fans.

Chinese musician Cui Jian and Xie Tianxiao are also invited to perform in the gala.
