Following Chinese super stars Gong Li and Zhang Ziyi's success in building their names in Hollywood, sexy film actress Gong Beibi is expected to become the next Hollywood favorite.

Gong will follow in the footstep of those two other popular idols in playing the lead role in a Chinese-themed Hollywood film. Shooting is expected to commence in September.

Gong recently received high praise for her performance in the latest film directed by Dayyan Eng, Waiting Alone, which co-starred Chinese actor Xia Yu. 

The rising star has also tied the knot with the Endeavor Company, one of the big five entertainment companies in America, while studying in the USA last September.
